📦 Return Policy

At Bah Porto , we want your experience to be delightful from start to finish — including when you need to return a product.

Therefore, we follow the guidelines of the Consumer Protection Code and guarantee a clear and fair process for you.

💡 Right of Withdrawal

According to Art. 49 of the CDC , you have up to 7 (seven) calendar days after receiving your order to cancel the purchase made through the website.

✅ Return conditions:

  • Product unused and undamaged;
  • Original packaging and labels intact;
  • Request within 7 calendar days after receipt;
  • The refund is made after analyzing the product within 10 business days .

✉️ How to request a refund

  1. Send an email to: sac@bahporto.com.br
  2. Use the subject: “Return – Order No. XXXXX”
  3. Include in the body of the email:
    • Full name
    • CPF
    • Order number
    • Reason for return

The Bah Porto team will respond with instructions and the free postage code.

🚚 Product Shipping

Shipping will be carried out by Correios with reverse shipping paid by Bah Porto , upon approval of the return.

💳 Refund

  • Credit card: direct refund on the invoice (deadline depends on the operator).
  • Pix or boleto: refund via the bank account provided.

🔁 Defective or incorrect product?

If you received an item with a manufacturing defect or different from the one ordered, please inform us within 7 calendar days of receipt to exchange it at no additional cost.

⚠️ Important

  • Returns after the deadline will be refused;
  • Items with signs of use or without original packaging will not be accepted.
